...until First Contact. Well technically, that's when the warp barrier is supposed to be broken; FC happens later that night.

In related news: watched The Next Generation movie First Contact on Sunday. Really, really REALLY good. Data is now my favorite character. Why you may ask? Because he is fully equipped, well versed in a number of positions and NOT A VIRGIN!!! Data, the android, has done the hanky-panky. And Trois wasn't bad either. In the show I really disliked her, but she was really good in this movie.Next on the movie agenda: TNG Insurrection!

The Borg weird me out (they're half-organic, half-machine, and they have no individuality and are part of a hive mind called The Collective. And once you're Assimilated, there's no going back). I should have been a Borg for Halloween. Super mega awesome creepy.

BTW FYI, the date for FC is April 5, 2063. On that day I'm going to host a “First Contact” party. We’re going to have a marathon of Star Trek, Original Series to Enterprise, plus all the movies. Everyone will be strongly encouraged to show up in their Trekky-est attire. Save the date!

In other Star Trek news:
  • The background of my phone is the Starfleet logo.
  • I got a Star Trek game for my phone. It’s really fun. DIE KLINGON WARBIRDS DIE!!
  • 13 days, 3 hours and 18 minutes remaining until ST: XI

    I don’t have a problem. STFU GTFO.

    I mean…

Lol, a robit did the two tango monkey dance? How does that work?
    :iconethan-irkel-yeager:
I didn't know there was a date for First Contact. How did anyone figure that out?

. . . Also, most of us will be in our early seventies when you host your party, which will doubtlessly make the obsession more fun because it will involve dentures, canes, and the robots that take care of us.

I don't know. They just said it, "You have to fly this rocket between 11 and 11:15 pm or first contact is never going to happen!!" And way before this line "What's today's date? (they had gone back in time)" "April 4th, 2063." "The day before first contact." *cue dramatic music*

I don't know... but believe me, I've tried to come up with an answer. No success yet.

Maybe he just pokes people with his finger and says, "I'm transmitting a virus into your system. *ding* Congratulations, you have achieved an orgasim."
    :iconethan-irkel-yeager:
Ah! Is that a refutal of any accounts of alien contact/abductions before this, or do they mean sophisticated contact like, "Hi, I'm Spock, and I'm not harvesting you for a dissection."
    :iconethan-irkel-yeager:
    You must show me ASAP!!!
    :icone-r-mcmonty:
    I wanna see da fish!
    :iconmelusedek:
